this past week i feel like i can eat a ton of food and its scary me!! i need to know how much and what your typical days diet consist of. please help!!!
Breakfast - smart ones egg whites and cheese with hashbrowns. Its a little over six ounces. I only eat a small portion of the potatoes and all of the eggs. Probably about five ounces total.
Snack - Protein Drink - 1 scoop jay robb chocolate whey protein. 2 tablespoons chocolate PB2. handful of blueberries, strawberries, raspberries or blackberries or some combo. 8 ounces of unsweetened almond milk.
lunch - 3 - 4 ounces of fish and a veggie usually 2 to 3 ounces. I usually eat about 5 to 6 ounces total.
snack - veggie protein drink - 1 scoop of unflavored unjury protein powder. small tomato, half or quarter of avocado, handful of spinach leaves, cilantro, small stick of celery, small piece of carrot, 1 broccoli floret, 1 cauliflower floret, tablespoon lemon juice, slap your mama spice, and enough water to dilute in nutribullet. then puree and drink. usually about 12 to 14 ounces of liquid and I usually cant finish it.
Dinner - 3 - 4 ounces of fish and a veggie usually 2 to 3 ounces. I usually eat about 5 to 6 ounces total.
Five months out:
Breakfast: an egg, or a protein drink, and supplements
Lunch: About 1/2 C soup, various ones, usually homemade with veggies, protein, beans and such
half to a whole clementine, or 1/4C plain yogurt with about 5 berries and a splash of SF syrup
Afternoon snack: Protein shake, usually in the car driving home from work.
Dinner: 2-4 oz. of whatever protein my family meal contains, usually with a sauce because I seem to be unable to eat drier meats. a bite or two of a veg.
Evening Snack: A hot cup of tea, sometimes I have a small biscotti or a couple of tea biscuits.
Breakfast - Premier Protein Shake 11 oz ( I drink all of it w/ my supplements)
Lunch - Usually a half cup of soup (Progresso Light varieties) & 2 saltines
Snack - Premier Chocolate Protein Shake ( again, I can drink all of it, but it takes me about an hour)
Dinner - 3-4 oz of Protein & 2-3 oz of veggie or other side dish ( I don't normally clean my plate either)
Whenever we eat out, I try to look ahead of time, if I know where we are going to know ahead of time what is ok for me to eat, if that's not an option for whatever reason, I typically stay with soup or a salad. I have fallen in love with grilled Tilapia! It is my new go to when we eat out, usually with a steamed or grilled veggie. I always have more than half of it to bring home, but it reheats well for my dinner the next day when my family is eating something that I can't eat.
Hi Kat, thank you for your post. I just have a question about the soup. Do you have to separate the solid from the broth and eat one and then the other? Or do you just stick with the cream style?

Thanks everyone!!! This is helpful . I feel like I eat about the same amount or less, it's just more than I was able to eat before. A few weeks ago 3 bites and I was latterly full. I was hoping it would stay that way. Now I can eat about a 1/2 cup of most foods.
