Redbeard and Curlytop, so glad to hear that you both are still doing well! I am down about 53 pounds! For the first time in many years, I am enjoying clothes shopping and feeling so much better mentally! Thankful and grateful for the sleeve!

I am down 68 pounds as of this morning. Feeling really well and able to eat most everything. Still have not thrown up yet (thank goodness)!!! The only problem I have is the issues with constipation. It goes back and forth, good then bad. I am getting ready to try benefiber next.

I still don't see my weight loss much in the mirror (probably because I see myself every day). But other people are really noticing. I saw one of the housekeeping staff at work that I rarely see and she was like "wow you have lost a lot of weight, you look great!" That was really a nice feeling!!

How is everyone doing?!?! I had a pretty frustrating 5 week stall, but I think that is all overwith now. Two days away from another month completed! It is shocking how fast it has gone! Hope all is well!

Hi Sheila!

Glad to hear your stall is passed!!! I feel your pain. Right after I posted last I lost two pounds and hit the 70 pound mark and then stalled out. I even gained 2-3 pounds for about 2 days. So strange. Nothing had really changed in my diet. Ready for this stall to be over and the losing to begin again! I am trying to push the fluids a little more too.

Just had my first nutritional bloodwork done yesterday. All my vitamin levels were good except my calcium was a little low and so was my protein. Even though I get the right amount of those. We'll see what the doctor says next week.

Sheila and slags, so glad to hear that you're both doing well. It's hard to believe that 5 months have gone by already!
I'm doing really well--happy! is the word that comes to mind. I don't think I'm eating as well as I should--definitely not getting in enough veggies or fruit, but that's something that I will work on. Other than that, things are great!
