!!! Update !!! I am at 389.4 lbs for a loss of 44.2 lbs.
I am so happy I decided to start my liquid diet a few weeks early. I was initially schemed to start it on 12/17/13 and after approval I started it on 12/1/13 and as of this morning, I have dropped 44.2 lbs! I have reached my first mini goal, to be in the 380's by my surgery date.
Instead of fretting about missing out on foods I could be having before my surgery, I'm focused on achieving results that are not typical.

It's amazing. Congratulations on your decision to lose at much weight as possible. In DK, where I am, we have to lose 8% of our startweight. To prove that we can change our relation to food, but also to make it easier to the surgeons to do the surgery. They have to move the liver to get to the stomach - and fat people have a lot of fat inside. This fat is melting when we lose weight.
So you're helping yourself by doing this. Way to go!
Btw: My surgery is same day!
