Just had my surgery this past Monday. Stayed in hospital till Wednesday . Was so sick could not keep anything down. Finally discharged and came home. Can't drink the protein shakes as I fill up too quickly. So sipping isopure all day long with crystal light lemonade. I'm looking forward to a new me.

Congratulations on your journey and being on the sleeved side. Add some water to your protein drinks and it will thin them out so you can get them down.
My weight at start of my 2 week pre-op diet was 232
My weight on the morning of surgery was 221
