Red face Unjury/chocolate protein and peanut butter balls

I needed to get more protein in, so I tried this recipe:
3/4 cup peanut butter with 3 scoops of Choc. unjury. mix one scoop at a time, roll into 11 balls and freeze. delicious and l0 grams of protein in each ball.

    enjoy1

substitute PB2 for the peanut butter next time and the treat will be low fat as well as high protein.

I would think so, might try this tomorrow with some of my son's chocolate protein powder or even with some of my vanilla. I also have some soy/coffee protein powder I can try.

Oh yumm! Do you add a bit of milk/soy milk or water to the mix? Low fat even sounds better and my favorite candy is a Reese's Peanut Butter cup, so really sounds good AND healthy!
