Tired tired

I'm over 4 weeks post op. At 3 weeks i lost 27 pounds and pulled a muscle in my stomach. I haven been so tired even at work i'm tired and i have a desk job that doesn't help the issue, i still have sorness with my stomach around the incision.

I was very tired the first month and again when I returned to work in my 7 week post op. I still go to bed very early, but not as tired during the day. It will get better.

I was lucky. Didnt have the tiredness at all. Probably the opposite actually since I started sleeping better. Hope it doesnt last long.

I have noticed that I have been tired as well. I am glad I am not the only one that noticed this!

I'm 4 going on 5 weeks post op and I still get very tired. I tried shopping on Black Friday at 3 weeks post-op and my family had to stand in line for me. I was done after an hour...this coming from a marathon shopper! My doc has told me to watch out for dehydration (which I've had to have IV fluids twice since the surgery); if you're dehydrated it could make you sluggish and tired too.

My surgeon said no matter what you have to do, don't nap. Tell family to keep you awake, yada yada. Well, that doesn't even work. I am soooo exhausted and I'm almost 4 wks. post op. I can't hold my eyes open past 8 or 9pm. Then stagger up to bed, and then wake up at 2am and can't go back to sleep. I'm am sick and tired of this messed up sleep pattern!!!! YAAAAWWWWWN zzzzzzzzzzzzz

I'm tired all the time. Sometimes when I go out for my walk I don't think I can make it back but I push myself. Then I'm exhausted. 10 hrs. sleep doesn't seem to help even when I use to get by with 4 or 5.
