    Default So frustrated!!!

I'm about 6.5 weeks post op and I've been at a plateau since about week 3! I know and understand this seems to be a common pattern but I've been so frustrated! Day of surgery I was 284 and right now I've been almost consistently at 267.. Last night and this morning I weighed 265ish and I got excited when I got home thinking it finally broke, but nope.. I'm back at 267.

Was just curious if anyone had any tips? I'm joining the gym tomorrow as I was just recently cleared for activity! It's just so frustrating doing something so drastic and not seeing any changes except my boobs getting smaller.

    Woe is me.

First if you are weighing yourself at different time of the day you need to stop. Only weight yourself once a day in the morning after you have used the bathroom and without clothes on. Your weight will fluctuate all day long and the most accurate is the first thing in the morning. Also, when you aren't losing on the scale you are losing inches. If you haven't taken your measurements do so now. This way when the scale isn't moving you can check your inches and when those are going down you are still losing even if the scale isn't. When you have lost that much weight you need to let your body catch up so it can continue to lose more. Don't worry or fret about it you are doing terrific!!

I am with you my friend. (just 2 1/2 weeks behind you with a post loss of in the range of 14-15 pounds since surgery - stuck for just over 9 days.) I can't fathom what makes that scale not move when pre op had I even eaten twice what I am now it would have dropped. So strange. All our sleeved friends here tell me it will come off and to be patient -
