Like many of the posts above, I do allow myself to have carb days. If I didn't, I couldn't live with it and that would send me off a cliff. lol. As you go along, you will find what works well for you. I have been finding that if I keep to low carbs (like 30), for about a week, I can have a few carb days and still have good loss. This fluctuation keeps your body from having the metabolic shock that some people have when they are way too strict about carbs for a long period of time. Then the body gets used to eating that few carbs and nothing you do will help. That is just my experience and everyone is different. Some will say they never eat bread, pasta, etc but I cannot live like that forever, nor would I want to. Everything in moderation. Take care and best wishes!
