No longer apple shaped!

I was a little bummed because for close to a week now all I have seen the scale do is go up or down by ounces, in fact 1 day it actually went up a pound. Yikes, I don't want to see that !

But I measured today, and I've lost quite a bit since a week or two ago. 5 inches off my waist! My waist is no longer the biggest part of me, it is 2" smaller than my hips. I lost 2 inches off my hips, 2 inches off each upper arm, an inch off each thigh and only an inch off my bust. Yay! Have a long ways to go before my waist line looks like a waistline again, but at least it isn't the biggest part of me.

That's awesome!! I noticed that after my immediate post-surgery loss...my whole abdomen "dropped" big time...then I had a week long stall at two weeks...but everything sorta shrunk and smoothed out. I'm getting the impression others have experienced this - stalls are often inch - but not pound - losses.

Yay!! I had a stall for 12-14 days. Then I went out of town to visit family and lost 3 pounds when I weighed this morning! Good job on the lost inches too! Nice to see the scale numbers go down, but also nice to see inches lost as well.
