Well...I'm stuck! I'm been at this same weight for over a month. I am going to ymca and taking classes such as Piloxing and burning mega calories, but the scale hasn't budged! I don't know what I'm not doing right. Still trying to figure it out.

Protein protein protein. And if you're burning off everything you're eating, you're body thinks it's not eating so it's holding onto it all. Try just walking and getting some protein. I was stuck for weeks and I changed it up, just lost 5 pounds in the last week.

so true, are you journaling?? that way you can see what goes in to supply your nutrients. The stalls are temporary you know that. Good luck happy easter

I've been tracking on Sparkpeople but to no avail. I think my body is "used" to what I do eat. I need to shake it up and try something new.
