    Default Tiny NSV!

Well, besides not feeling hungry (just sort of weak and like I'd feel better if I could really EAT something!) I was able to zip up my winter coat today when I walked my dogs.

Last week before the surgery I tried to put it on, not only could I not zip it but the edges of the coat were a good inch away from each other. It's still snug, but that's something! I can already see my abdomen & thighs look a little smaller.

Yay! Any NSV is a big NSV! Celebrate and remember that feeling every time you zip it up this winter. And just think, because you are losing weight you are probably going to be colder this winter and you're really going to NEED to have that coat zipped up!
    Keep up the good work.
