    1st goal: 255 - check
    2nd goal: Surgery.. set for December 2nd - check
    3rd goal: 245 by surgery - check
    4th goal: 210 would really like 200 by Christmas
    (Didn't hit this one!! Oh well soon)
    5th goal: Onederland - CHECK
    6th goal: 170 (Normal) BMI - CHECK
    7th goal: 155 My goal!!! woohoo

    Hi christine from Aus, i ave found this site really good although the food products ppl talk about , most are not available here but the support is great. my surgery is booked in for Feb, i am from Brisbane

    hi, i love reading the posts, i was booked in for surgery a year ago & chickened out but i am now ready & reading the posts on this site has really helped. i am trying before surgery to eat slowly & sip my water instead of gulping, its hard though. hopefully i will be having surgery 1st week in jan to start off the new year
