I was at the Hotel Ticuan for the WLS surgery but at the Marriot for another surgery with Cosmed. I don't recall being charged that much for Wifi at either place. At least at the Marriot I was able to eat some of their good foods unlike when I was at Ticuan the year before and couldn't eat at all. Both places though I walked and walked and walked and shopped both after the WLS surgery and a cosmetic one,
