I had surgery a week ago today and I am feeling great. I have had some emotional issues in that I am mourning food and all its goodness and I can't believe that I have gone a whole week without really eating and only lost 10 lbs, just proves that fat is harder to loose! Can't wait to begin an exercise regime. I hope to gain a lot of insight from the others on this site so that I can continue to eat healthy and loose the weight!
