Some days I am hungry all day, I always eat when I feel hungry, small amounts throughout the day, I have lost 2 pds a week steady, even when I snack all day long when hungry. Listen to your body and feed it wisely. There will be days when you are not hungry at all, it is all a part of how your body heals! Be sure and drink your 64 oz water all day long to avoid constipation. Mix up your 2 protein shakes and sip throughout the day. I mix up a large greek yogurt w/ vanilla regular yogurt for snacking. It is important to remember no drinking for 30 minutes after solid food(will avoid nausea)
The doctors rules are for good reasons.
