    Unhappy Stalled for 5 weeks!!!!!!!

So I was sleeved on 9/10 and the first 2 weeks I lost 17 lbs. I have only lost 3 lbs in the last 5 weeks!! I am doing everything I am supposed to do but the weight just isn't coming off the way I thought it would be. I was just cleared by my NUT yesterday to eat anything just be mindful of what I put in my mouth and I am very very careful about what I eat. Has anyone been stalled for this long? If so, do you have any advice for me before I go crazy!!!

I had a 6 week stall. Not as early as yours granted but I swore if I saw the number 274 one more time on my scale I was going to start bouncing off the walls!!! So I did 2 things. I boosted my protein to the roof...doing 2 protein shakes at 30grams of protein a day and changed my exercise routine. It took one week of shaking things up and the weight started to come off again. Our bodies get to used to what we keep giving them and doing to them so you have to shake it up. With the go ahead from your Nut give some new proteins a try and make sure you are getting enough water! I am now down to 259 and in only another 6 week time frame. Be patient with your body you have put it through a lot.... weight loss will return just stay on track!!!

Did you NUT have any suggestions yesterday?
Are you getting in 64oz of H2O daily and at least 65gm protein?
Adhering to the drinking and eating at same time restrictions?
Are you tracking every bite you put in your mouth? What is your daily calorie count?
Is your daily calorie count at least 750-800 cal per day AFTER you account for any exercise?
Have you calculated your basal metabolic rate? Do you know how many calories you NEED per day?
Are you doing exercise? If so, What kind and how much?
Mix things up a bit, increase your calories for a day or two, then go back and see if that helps.
Same with exercise, mix that up a bit too.
If you are not exercising, add in at least a 30 min walk three times a week.

Lots of questions, but we need more information
