What's up guys it's been a while. Just thought if check in to see how some of you guys are doing. I had to reset my password is forgotten it. The fact that this site doesn't have an iPhone app keeps me from going on ass much as I do the other sleeve blogs. I'm doing well 7 months post op I've found a nice balance between eating certain things excersising and still loosing a ton of weight. Lately I've just been so hungry tho. Like all the time. lol. I'm going to attach some before and afters. Let me know what u think. And holla at me if you wanna know something. Shazaam is back!!!!

You look great. Keep up the great work. As for the feeling of hunger, you should get in touch with your NUT and see if there is anything different you should be eating or if you need to eat more often. I don't know what kind of diet you are following but I know some people who are eating every 3-4 hours, getting lots of protein, and drinking lots of water. Sometimes our hunger feelings are really just us being thirsty also.
