So I am 8 days post op & still have the surgical strips on my incisions. Wondering how longs did it take for you guys surgical strips to fall off? The doc said the fall off by theirselves

Yep, they fall off by themselves. I am 11 days post-op and they have just started falling off (my top one/bra band one.) Give them time, they will come off.

My doctor said same thing but then he removed them at my one week post op appointment.

My doc didn't say anything about them but when I went for my one week follow up he told me I could take them off.

My surgeon took them off at the one week appointment. If they come off before then it's not a big deal.

I'm a picker, so mine came off early. But there was no harm done. My doc didn't even comment at the first post-op.
