Funny story about my "new" appearance.

I took my car to get some work done. The fellow behind the desk looked at me funny when I walked in. He asked if I had gone to a particular tech school? I replied yes. 1983/84 he asked? yes. He said he recognized me the minute I walked in. He remembered me cause of my blonde hair and brown eyes (said he had never seen that combination before and thought it was so striking). He said I hadn't changed a bit!!!! Wow, that was 29 years ago. If he had seen me two years ago, he would not have known I was the same person! I have lost 100 pounds (75 with the surgery). I was quite amused at this and it made me feel very good knowing that I looked like I used to back when I was 19!! I had never spoken to this fellow then and I don't remember him as he was taking a different course. But I must have made an impact on him to recall me after all these years! It made my day!
