Is there anyone out there that has had their surgery through St. Mary's Hospital in Richmond, Virginia with Dr. Bautista or Dr. Caramody? I am going to have surgery with Dr. Bautista and would like some insight into how it all works. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions?

Hi Barb! I am having my surgery at MCV/VCU on November 20th. Do you have a date yet? St. Marys Hopital is a great hospital! Keep in touch. I'd love for us to support one another!

I don't have a date yet. I am still in the weigh in process. I have a couple more to go. It will probably be around the end of January or beginning of February depending on how long it takes to get approval and get scheduled.

HI, Barb. I am having mine on December 5th, with Dr. Bautista at St. Marys'. My neice and my boss both had theirs done at St. Marys' with Dr. Caramody and they love him. Both are doing well. I have heard by many people that Bautista and Caramody are a FABULOUS team and we are in the best hands possiible. Good luck

Thank You TooshortTooBig. Please let me know how you are doing along your journey. My surgery won't be until the end of January or the beginning of February. I can hardly wait.
