Hi everyone,
Did some searching and came across this 10 minute resistance band workout. Very easy to do ! I just finished it and plan on doing it several times a week!

You can get them almost anywhere. Walmart, target, kmart, or online amazon , eBay ...I love mine but just really never used it much because I didn't know what to do with it lol now I do !

Resistance bands can be found most places, I got mine from the physical therapy department.
