    Try sugar-free popsicles. Also diluted Gatorade G2. Fluids are the most important.

    BRAT stands for bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast. I'm doing better today, thankfully! =)

    Thank you all for your sweet messages and advice. I am doing better today, thankfully. Still kind of weak and tired, but focusing mostly on fluids. I'm sip, sip, sipping on some hot ginger tea right now and when I'm done with that I have some Powerade Zero ready to drink. I also brought a 1/2 cup of applesauce with me to work and some malto-meal made with bananas. I'm bound and determined to get at least 64 oz in today.

    I do believe I have some lactose intolerance, but I have only been drinking lactose free milk so I don't think that was the issue. I'm leaning more towards me having some kind of a bug..
