I'm old; I don't get too much exercise, nor did I during the faster weight loss of early sleeve. But I hit my goal within 7 months, and remain their within 2-3 pounds the last almost 4 years.
I do eat protein first (and I track the grams), then the dense crunch carbs & fat, and the "treat" things are far between and usual social.
I pay attention to my water consumption; I try to be sure my sleep is not getting shortchanged.
