I haven't had the surgery yet but I will say this, because I think it is important.
Everything in life takes practice—sports, meditation, learning a language, and eating in a particular way. Even if you feel "out of control," take one moment of the day to say "I am choosing not to eat carbs right now, and instead eating something else (or nothing)." I find this is very powerful in terms of empowerment. <3
Hey, just logged on, WTH, you are amazing, we all have stall but that's what they are a stall, my dietician has told me that if I get worried about my restriction tion to eat some cottage cheese untill I feel full, then weigh the tub, that is the weight if what you can eat, it really works, your body is trying to catch up with what's going on inside, you can do it, you will do it, look what you have done already, WELL DONE.
Sounds like you are doing great and know exactly what to do to get back on track. I could never be sad after losing almost 100 pounds!! Attitude is important too. Just eat how you know you should. (And I personally think that "pouch test" thing is silly. Just my opinion!)
