    Unhappy Feeling a bit real...now

    Hi everyone,
    Im due to have op on 21st September all being well, I have a question for anyone who has the time to answer is what I am expected to have at home when I leave hospital? what protein shakes ? I didnt even know I had to have them and what kind of things will I be eating for the next few weeks, my family are trying to be supportive but Im a bit scared about the operation (actually pretty terrified) and then the aftercare etc. Im currently on the liver reduction diet also ...... and thats hard enough......Reality is sinking in about having an op and Im trying not to scare myself
