Well, I had my tummy tuck, and it looks awesome. The surgeon removed 10 lbs of pure skin. I promise to post some before and after pics when I am back up full speed. First let me say, my surgeon, Dr. Marco Rodas Nava is amazing. His work is just impeccable and he is such a good person and doctor. So kind and informative. I did this in Mexico at the LIMARP facility which is just beautiful... felt like I was at a a spa. Very peaceful and squeaky clean. Many doctors and nurses on staff all three shifts, constantly checking on you and giving you meds. All speak English well by the way. Dr. Rodas speaks perfect English as do several of the other doctors. I was supposed to have an arm lift along with my tummy tuck, but my hemoglobin was too low, so i had to pick between the two. I am scheduled to go back in March to get the arms and boobs done. Dr. Pompa who is the gastric specialist/surgeon there gave me a special regimen and diet to follow to ensure I get my hemoglobin (iron) back up so that the 2 procedures will not be an issue. The first few days were the toughest. I was in pain, but it was manageable with meds. I was up and walking within hours of my surgery. I have been home since Saturday, and last night was the first night i finally got a decent night sleep. All in all it was a great experience. I am thrilled with outcomes and I am healing nicely. Thank you Dr. Rodas and all the wonderful health professionals at the LIMARP center! I will post some pics and more details of my experience soon! Thank you all for being here for me Peace and Blessings... Ronnie
