hi everyone
im booked into have my sleeve this friday! cant wait!

does anyone have a list of things i cant do post op?

im meant to be going to a theme park/safari for my birthday (14th october)
will i be able to go on the rides?

The general restriction post-op is no lifting and strenuous exercise for 6 weeks. You might want to reschedule your birthday celebration at the theme park until you are feeling up to snuff. Not only will you not be able to go on many of the rides, but you might tire out very easily as you will still be on a very restrictive diet and you caloric intake will be lower thus not giving you the energy for prolonged activity.

However, your mileage may vary.
