    Default Big target

What is it about being big that makes us such easy targets for people to lie and take advantage?

This isn't a woe is me post, but it really does seem to be a common problem among big people.

Are we more sympathetic to the stories because we tend to put ourselves in the other persons shoes more often?

After so many lies, I find myself questioning myself rather than the person committing the lies.

Hmmm!! I can't say I've been lied to or anything but I'm definitely more empathetic than the average person, I'd say. Especially if it comes to the underdog or the outcast. I never made the connection to it being because I know how it feels to be insecure or be picked out in a crowd. I think you're onto something here!

"And how does one become a butterfly?" she asked pensively. "You must want to fly so much that you are willing to give up being a caterpillar."
