Great use for plastic protein tubes!!

I have started using the plastic tubes as ice tubes for my cooler. Just wash them and fill with water (well almost full). Put them in the freezer. Works awesome and saves money on bags of ice.

Great idea! I have a lot - couldnt bear to throw them away but no good use for them yet... Was going to make popsicles out of them too, just fill halfway and shove a stick in there... not sure if it will work. But the ice thing is a great idea!

I keep one with a serving of vanilla protein powder in it in my purse so I always have it with me if I need a quick snack or meal while I'm out doing errands or if my plans for the day change unexpectedly.
