so, I celebrated my 35th anniversary with my company last week. They gave me a surprise anniversary luncheon today with loads of food. Southern pulled pork BBQ, fried chicken, baked beans, slaw, potato salad, yeast rolls, chicken tenders, homemade pork rinds, plates of cheeses and grapes, AND beautiful delicious looking cup cakes!!!!!

I resisted most and ate a few forks of the pulled pork and a bite or two of the slaw, with a few small bites of cheese on the side. I can't believe that it didn't bother me to see all that food and have folks scarfing it around me. Life is good.......You CAN have celebrations and still stay on plan!!! woot woot! (oh, my department gave me a $100.00 VISA gift card----first $$ going into my new clothing fund!!!)
