Ok, not sure if this is normal, and i just emailed my dr. but i literally throw up 80% of any new foods I try. It sucks! and im worried about my sleeve as im throwing up like 3-4 times a day. Once the food hits my stomach it feels HORRIBLE. and i make myself throw up almost immediately. the only things i can tolerate ok are still soups, cottage cheese and my protein drinks. Im going to stick to those for a while longer I guess, but i keep feeling excited to keep trying. Help! anyone?
