Today marks 4 months since I changed my life! I would not go back for anything in the world. It you are thinking about doing the surgery or your surgery is upcoming just know that it's a hard journey but its worth it! I'm down over 50# and I have sooo much energy so days I don't know who I have become! I'm and a whole new person! I knew it was going to be life changing but I couldn't have imagined the success I would have! The only issue I've had is constipation but with more water I've been working that out!
