Youre hoping to be down a total of 70lbs in 2 months??? I think you are putting way too much pressure on urself and that may be unrealistic. You already have way exceeded expectations. Remember this is a marathon not a sprint. I think the average weightloss to be expected is between 10-20lbs a month at first. U've done 40 in 1. Losing THAT fast may not continue and it actually would be unhealthy for it to come off that fast. But it will come off. Try not to be so hard on urself and set realistic goals. You are gonna do fantastic and are already gorgeous. I'm sure you'll lost lots of weight but dont put too much pressure on urself. You are already doing fabulous.

Thank y'all so much.. I guess I'm just comparing my Weightloss to others.. I know someone whose lost 80 in a little over 2 months =\
I just knew that I had a lot more than others to lose so I was hoping I could get a big bulk of it off in the first few months...
But you're right, I should just be happy with my pace so far..

Hey, I know exactly how u feel.... I lost about 40lbs in the first 8 weeks, then another 20 in the last 4 weeks. My weight seems to be a standstill, but I went to my Dietician last week, and she said its normal to suddenly stall, but then your metabolism will increase and the weight will continue to come off. Its starting to happen 4 me so just stay positive and enjoy the new you

You are doing fantastic Mel....keep your head up! Remember that as long as you are providing your body the water, protein, vitamins, and excercise (when it's time) that it needs it will follow suit and do it's job in shedding that weight at whatever pace it can handle.
Just keep doing your part (which you seem to be doing a fantastic job of so far) and all will be well
