I am a slow loser ...I have lost more inches than pounds...I was wearing a 3x shirt and 24w(they fit very tight) pants and now.... I can wear size (get them on can't zip YET) 18 pants and 1x shirts even my bras I had to get 38 D instead of 44D
....but the scale is not showing drastic pounds being lost....
Inches lost is still a wonderful thing too...I am happy with that....
My 6 week follow up is coming( aug 14th) and I guess I feel like I will be scolded for not enough pounds lost...silly and irrational right?
I really hope they do labs though...I really wanna know how I am doing with my vitamin intake and protein intake...I hope I am doing all the right things to stay healthy...I don't want any deficiencies!
