Been a couple days

Hi all.

I had my orientation and first support group meeting. My insurance will cover my procedure and all related testing. I'll start getting my appointments set up this week, but still planning on having the surgery in January even if I could get in sooner it would be too crazy at work.

No change in my weight this week, but I am eating better, slower, smaller bites, using my sippy cup and toddler utensils. It has been crazy the last two weeks. My assistant is getting ready to go on maternity leave; I'm teaching a couple classes and finishing up an on-line class; I'm getting ready for my first craft fair of the season; we are looking at buying a new house and moving and my parents are selling their house - phew! I haven't been as diligent tracking my food as I should be, good thing I started trying now.

Wow you do have a lot on your plate and it isn't pasta!! Hang in there January sounds like the right decision!! You should be all settled and ready to do a recovery by then!! Keep us posted!
