I have been following my nutrition closely. I eat well, proteins, low sugar and carbs. Excercise 3 days a week (swimming). But the last week i have been so tired, i havent eaten close the the amount of protein i should be taking in, could that be it? I have been having issues with forgetting to drink as much too? I refuse to weigh myself until i go to the Dr in August, I know i have lost weight, i keep going down sizes but i made a pact that the first 3 months i would only weigh in at the Dr's because i didnt want to get discouraged by stalls? Need advice! Thanks!
