My energy level is pretty low and I am experiencing flu like symptoms (muscle aches) about twice a day. This is not fun but I am hoping it will subside soon. On the up side my constant state of HOT is now gone as are my shakey hands, I am down 5 lbs since surgery. Anybody out there experience the muscle aches and if so what did you do for that?

It could also be dehydration--it can cause tiredness and muscle cramps. Being short on electrolytes can cause that as well. Give Gatorade G2 or Powerade Zero a try for a while and see if it helps.

If the cramping areas in question are red, swollen, and warm to the touch, call your doc ASAP. DVTs are rare, but they can happen post-op.
