what vitamins are you taking?

I have only been taking a multivitamin, but I am hearing others talking about taking a lot of others.

It depends on your own personal need. My blood draw was before surgery and that showed a need for extra vitamin D and B, so I take a multi vitamin, 3000 vitamin D and 1 B-50 complex. My blood draw three months post op showed my levels were great so I just keep doing what I'm doing. I'll have mother draw in a month to recheck.

They have me taking B-12, multi-vitamin, calcium...... so far.....

Check with your doctor and be sure you don't need to take Calcium or (more importantly) B12. It's just vitamins, not a big deal to take every day, but a huge deal if you need more and don't get enough.
