It really depends on the doctor you are using, insurance, etc. Next week I get my surgery date, but as of today (with Cigna insurance) I have spent $700. And I already know that I will have to pay $500 to the doctor as some type of fee that is not payable by insurance. Then I will owe 20% of the surgery cost up to my out of pocket expense of $2000. So I'm guessing I will end up paying around $2,000 total out of pocket and insurance will pick up the rest. Good luck to you!

I don't remember what I was quoted...but I can testify that they don't bother you a whole lot once you've asked.

I would request a quote and add on $100.00 for your prescriptions.

my bill I just received from my doctor and hospital. 72,954.80. My insurance covered 100% minus my out of pocket maximum which I already met. My portion of this $150. But I got lucky because I have really good insurance. Best of luck to you.
