Dealing with Constipation Post-Op

As part of my pre - op I had to drink a whole bottle of Magnesium Citrate the day before surgery. That will fix up you in no time, just be ready to be next to a bathroom.

Things are getting better. I am now going every 2nd day without taking anything. But a stool softener would help!!! I think I will go buy some today.
