    I love my fitnesspal I have been using it since my first visit with the dietician. It is great for keeping track of oh...Everything!!


    Start weight 274
    Highest weight ? 298
    Height 5'4 1/2" (that half inch is important)
    Bmi start 46.3
    Bmi now 38.5
    First goal under 200 yahoo! Sept 30/13 198lbs
    Second goal. bmi under 29= 171lbs
    Third goal bmi under 25 = 147lbs. final GOAL!!

    Yea! I have two new friends, thanks ladies! I noticed today that you can set your food diary to be viewed so I changed mine this morning. I thought it was nice to see what others are eating if that is something you want to do as well.

    Well,I am very conscious about the fitness issues because fitness has own importance in our life.
    I read out all the reviews and i agree with all reviews.We should be maintain of the eating plan
    and do the exercise work regularly......
