The good thing about Costa Rica is they have "luxury recovery spa's" that you can go to recover in. They are medical hotels with 24 hour nurses on duty. You'll get a standard room for two people you and one guest. It will run $125.00 per night and this will include 3 meals per day for you and one guest included. There are luxury suites as well which come with a your own mini-swimming pool but they cost a little more.
