i lost 45 pounds in 5 months not 7. while indulging once in a while.. i only had 70 -80 to lose anyway so yeah its a bit slower than someone with hundreds to lose..!! geesh such sensitive people here.. i forget why i steer clear of public forums.. a person cant share a story without useless commentators! i did not ask for advice or cry about my loss or even complain. im exactly where i want to be.. any faster and my skin will sag.. no thanks!!!

It sounds like you've answered your own question. Pizza, beer, etc., is probably not the way to lose the weight. I'm less than a month out, but I want to remember that this surgery provided a tool only. It's not a magic pill. If I don't use the tool, and go back to poor food/behavior choices, then what was the point? So I agree, get back to basics; protein intake, low carb, excercise. Good luck!

man, way to rip someone's head off for just responding. and i was going to say the same thing. i'm nine months out myself and still have quite a ways to go...but i'm exercising daily and eating clean healthy foods in our tiny portions. I don't drink beer, i'm sure i have never "stayed good and drunk" for five days as you put it. I lose slowly...it's a fact of life for me, but you are doing many things wrong...you can't just blame it on not drinking protein drinks anymore...it's probably several things.

i wasnt looking to blame. i was in vegas for 8 days.. and it was quite the party.. !! again.. not looking to blame anything.. just telling a story.. you are acting like I was looking for your advice! i can assure i wasnt. and for those concerned life will suck afterwards.
it doesnt.. its still quite a fun ride.. you can still indulge and lose.. as long as you keep it under control.. and from the sound of your up tight ass.. you could use a bender honey!!! has it ever occured to you im not looking for a major lifestyle change. i was hoping to drop the weight and keep on keeping on.. just like i am. to each his own!!! OK!

Sheesh I don't understand why your snappy with everyone but it's clear you need to regain focus it seems like you think the surgery is just suppose to make you shed pounds, yes..it helps but you also need to do your part and by naming all that stuff u consume shows your were not mentally ready for this change 7 months and 45 pounds is not alot I'm only 5 months out and already lost 60..but our eating/exercise habits aren't the same..but good luck in figuring it out.

Lol your hilarious I guess you realized your post before needed to be edited! But if you aren't looking for anyone's opinion then why even post anything! It's a forum genius that's what ppl do.. You did state you could understand why you weren't losing..we all know what we read you just weren't comfortable with leaving it up cus it was a bunch of nonsense. And if you really only wanted to lose 70-80 pounds your doctor shouldve informed you this surgery isn't for u. Guess weightloss can't make everybody happy cus u seem like a miserable ass lady still..
    good day ✌

No doubt. Pretty much every time I see a post from her it's rude.

If you weren't interested in responses, maybe a blog would have been better for your random thoughts...
