    Default One year aniversary

Well, I made it a year. Everything is pretty normal now. I still have cravings, always seem to need to be eating something. I just need to keep making right choices. For all of you begining your journey, it is VERY worth it. It is not a cure all, just another (effective) tool.

I still enjoy a few beers on Saturday while grilling, maybe a Mojito, eat what I can...not much... but it is what I want.

I still enjoy my coffee with cream, couple protien bars during the day and then a meal and snacks at night. lots of raw almonds, greek yogurt, cottage cheese and fresh veggies.

    Keep on keepin on !!!

Wow! Thanks for sharing! I have my surgery next week and I am having cold feet right now! I am on the pre op diet( liver shrinking diet) I am so hungry!

I keep doubting the safety of the surgery..I keeping thinking I will have complications during surgery! I keep thinking all bad stuff! Ugh!

Thanks for sharing because it helps me see passed the surgery day and into normal living.
    Take care!
