Ok so I'd like to post my weight loss/ get healthy goals. I don't really have a time frame but I'm hoping that about 9 months would be reasonable enough (I think). My stats are as follows:
Ht: 5'3
Start wt: 192
Surgery date: 5/16/13
Current wt: 179
Ok here's my list of weight loss/get healthy goals:
1. Get below 182-achieved!
2. Get to 175- in progress
3. Be able to fit into a pair of jeans that I haven't been able to wear for over a year-this would be what I'd consider a major accomplishment once I reach it!
3. Get to 165-this would be what I'd consider a major accomplishment once I reach it!
4. My goal weight is 140
5. Be able to run a 5K without falling apart after 2 minutes of running
6. Continue to enforce good eating habits
Let me know what y'all think! I'm afraid of putting exact goal dates because I wouldn't want to beat myself up if I don't get there. I'd just like to be happy with what I've accomplished especially knowing that I've been compliant.
