Hi Michelle,
Remember the sleeve is a tool not a fool proof solution. There is no signature on your post that shows how much weight you have lost, so it hard to say that maybe you are at the right weight for your body. Just like Kelli D. suggested go back to protein shakes, and make sure you exercise. Drink water, stay away from sugar and breads, don't eat after 7 pm, small portions, eat breakfast, make sure you get enough protein. Good Luck!!
To lose the weight, diet and exercise. Keep bad carbs low, eat protein first. Don't snack.
You say you have been able to eat a little more but not enough. You're eating more of what????? If you are noticing that your weight is starting to slowly creep up, go back to the basics and regroup. Maybe you are eating too much of one thing and not enough of another?? Take a week and journal what you are putting in your mouth and be HONEST with what you write. You'll be able to catch those things that could be tripping you up and causing some gain. Good luck and don't let all that you've accomplish be in vain!!!
Michelle the same thing is happpening to me except i know what I am doing! I am GRAZING!!! OMG I feel like I am out of control and cant stop!!!! I am going to take the above advice (all great advice) and start tracking and go back to my post surgery eating habits! I have noticed i am eating a few wheat thins, cheeze it, chips here and there and I have not done that in over a year and a half!!I have gained 3 pounds in the last few months !! I am going to start right now and track my food and stop picking!!!!! I worked so hard after the sleeve but it is so easy to slip back into our "old eating habits!
