Yes, will definately want the fat transfer to the butt as well. I figure, might as well since this will be my chance to get things done after surgery.

I am really impressed at how he pulled everything down where it looks like you never has a wrinkle or stretch mark at all (please forgive me if there are no stretch marks vs wrinkles). I may never decide to wear a bikini since I already have far too many scars for that, but I will certainly rock a one piece and a micro mini!

The actual fat transfer, I would not have again, just because of the pain of the lipo. Also I'm not sure, (and no one is) sure if it stays, or goes away! I had to lay on my butt the first few days, and that's when it's the most crucial not to lay on your butt! But when you have all that done at the same time, you have to lay on your back, there's no choice! The tush can flatten!

The placement of my scar is just perfect for this suit, and I do have a lot of stretch marks, just the light is not right on them, and the little bit of bunching that always occurs on the incision line is hidden~ Those are starting to lay flat, and my incision is all healed with the exception of one little scab about a half inch long in front ~ Weight loss patients are different when having plastics, he explained it to me, but he couldn't stretch me as much as he would have liked because of blood flow in the underlying scars. I am happy with what he was able to do. I have a lot more photos of right after surgery, we documented every step of the way, hundreds of photos of everything. He did a great job, but I do wish I had researched a little more about why weight loss patients are different in plastics.
My surgery was supposed to be 8 hours and I was in there for 12. 930am to 930pm. I woke up multiple times during my procedure. Talk about scary! I was fine, and I am a tough girl, but that was my worst fear, and it came true! I woke up to him sewing me up on the left every time. Sometimes spinal blocks don't work on both sides, and mine didn't work on my left, only on my right. I could move my right arm, foot, etc, but was not able to move on my right.
It wasn't as bad as it sounds, I was talking with the anesthesiologist, and she conversed with me, and I would fall back asleep, but many things I can still remember from the surgery. It happens frequently even in the states (for those of you that are looking for a reason to bash Mexico) :-) I think they were fine with me coming in and out to make sure I was okay, being put under for SO long. Each time I woke up I would ask what time it was, and if they had told my husband I was okay, I knew if the Dr was on my left side, I could feel it, and alerted them. He moved sides three times.
Good times, fun times, and all is well now! :-)

Omg...your transformation is ammmaazzziiinnggg!!! You look just as perfect as PS photos I've seen here in LA, and believe me I have been researching and researching,& picking MSVETRN's brain, (she has oblidged nicely). Dr. N is on the top of my list. I live only 2 and half miles from MX, my only hold up is that I don't want to be away from my kids for 3 days, and I don't want to get a passport. But I think seeing your transformation may have just convinced me. Your breast are awsome! LOL, and your tummy is outstanding...Also, I was scared getting all those procedures done at once...but seeing that you did that...maybe I will. Can you compare your pain w child birth? Better or worse?

You are a TROOPER, Missy! I woke up several times during my breast aug and lift and was talking to the docs and nurses. For my face lift, it was a 5 1/2 hour surgery and I was awake for the LAST THREE hours because Dr. Niebles had to make sure I could move my eyes, mouth, etc. It was REALLY weird and really annoying. I don't remember waking up during the TT and arms, though. About the BUTT...so far, everyone I have sent to Dr. Niebles who had the fat transfer to the butt still love it and still have the nice butt but the oldest post op is still only 9 months out. Time will tell.

Thank you very much for the sweetness~
IN MY OPINION and MY OPINION ONLYYYYYY~~~ My Dr is better than those surgeons, and did a phenomenal job with me. I don't think I've ever had a Dr that cared so much about my outcome, as Dr Neibles ( Niebles ) I highly recommend him. I especially recommend him if you are a patient that follows Drs orders, and follows all the rules pre and post op~ I think that is where some people go wrong! They think they know better on things, and start taking advice from others, or doing their own thing post op. I am following his post op instructions TO A T~ Compression garments, are ON!~ 24/7 just like he suggested~ I have two pair, one for washing, one for wearing. HIGH protein diet.....I'm doing it~ ANYthing he told me to do, I am doing it. DR KNOWS BEST~ I paid him a bunch (yea it's a bunch to me) of money, and I trust that he will do what is best for me. :-)
Okay I have to agree, my breasts are FREAKING AMAZING so far~ I mean cmon, look at the before photos! LOL I used to have 44ddds before my sleeve, and I LOST those puppies when I lost weight! It's so NICE to have them back!!! I do love my tummy! We never lose all those stretch marks we have on it, I still have some, but it's SO much better than my huge front skirt that I had hanging there before!
One thing I think that helped me, and my outcome is this:
Every single day since I got home from my sleeve surgery I have done movement, exercise, a routine, anything to get my butt up~ Dr N said I was in great shape UNDER all that. So to the people that want a good result, need to get their butts in gear! Make your body that's underneath what you want it to be once the SKIN Is gone! I worked out sometimes twice a day, rode and did road cycling 20+ miles at a time, walked, and walked and walked, rode and rode and rode......I cant stress enough, get your body in shape, in the shape you want it to be in once they cut all the skin off! IT HELPS!
Comparing to child birth....hmmmmmm well I labored for about 18 hours with my first one, and it ended in a c-section, second one I just planned the csection, and didn't worry about it. TO ME the tummy tuck was a breeze, but again, I worked my ass off before surgery to be strong underneath of my skin......so I had strong arms to help me up and around (I STILL use those arms to get up and down) and I strengthened my back too~ because I knew I'd need that also. So to me, it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be, it was the lipo that kicked my hiney! that HURT! The Csections I guess were not that bad compared to all this. I'm still on a lift restriction of 5lbs, and I will be 5 weeks tomorrow.
I swell at night, or in the evening, but I am always flat by morning after my full nights rest and sleep. I have dropped about 10lbs since surgery. It's hard to eat with your tummy so tight :-0)
I will answer your PM shortly! :-) I want to answer all your questions carefully!

    I will say......on the butt~
Before my surgery I could grab a handful of wrinkles down tword my leg and bottom of buns, and now, NONE~ even when I am not swollen, I am full there. I do love it so far. I hope it stays! BUTT ;-) it IS hard to lay on your back when you just paid a bunch of money for a bum, and worry about the fat flattening! Its scary! AND if you look where women have only had a butt lift........they say DONT lay on your back or sit on your hiney for at least two weeks. Well girl, that's ALL I did for the first two weeks! I am swollen up in my back, from my tushy, and I hope that does NOT stay, I hope it goes away, but in the morning when I wake, and ALL other swelling is gone......that little pocket it still there!!!!!! I think that nasty fat moved back up!
:-D This is all in a joking manner....I love it all so far, and wouldn't really change anything, and the photo of my husband and Dr Neibles with me in the middle that we took when he dropped me at the airport, yeah that thing is going on my wall.......POSTER SIZE, with a caption that reads "The two men I love most in my life". And I sure do! <3

These are really awesome pics. I'm having plastics on 10/4 or 10/11 and I honestly don't know how I'm going to wait that long when I see pics as wonderful as these.

Awwwww thanks so much! I am glad I could share!
I was advised by a couple of Drs to wait until I was at goal for 6 months, and I was! 6 months to lose, 6 months to plastics~
It's the most wonderful thing to wake up with a different body! LIFE CHANGING~!

Default Re: One Month, Two Days since Mommy Makeover!

BIG POST~ sorry in advance. BUT
These are some questions that I have been asked, and I am going to post them here, so that others can read and benefit from them~
    *Breasts~
Right now, I am not sure what size accurately. I am done swelling in my breasts I think, but they are still dropping, and they will fluff a bit after they drop, and settle in, so I could gain up to 2 sizes. Right now I wear bras that are 36dd today~ It' changes daily! There are some bras I can wear that are 36D, some 38dd, 36ddd, it just depends on the day. I am mostly wearing sports bras, size 36bands when I don't have to wear an actual bra, because I still wear my band to push the implants down. I Only wear a real bra when I go out.

    *I was a 44ddd before sleeve~
    I was a 38d before plastics
I am about a 36dd now. We'll see when it's all said and done!

*He used 350 CC, but everyone has a different amount of breast tissue, so you can't go by how many CCs someone else gets~

*No my stomach does not lay flat when I bend. I learned a lot through this, that weight loss patients are much different with plastics than regular women that have not had their bellies poked full of holes. What I have read and learned from Drs is that in order to preserve the blood flow, and not disrupt those scars from the arthroscopic surgeries, (SLEEVES) they must not pull too tight, or separate the walls of the upper tummy too much! There is so many differences in where our scars lay and how much skin is removed, how much blood loss, etc....SO many variables! Too many to compare to someone elses surgery! Your skin and body will react how your skin and body will react.

*My vag is higher now yes. A lot higher, my hair line now goes all the way up to the tummy tuck line. (incision) So yes, it was raised, as well my thighs were. I would NOT pay for a thigh lift until after I have my tummy tuck if I were doing it again because you'll get a certain amount of lift, especially if you use a wonderful artist/surgeon like I did. (NEIBLES) (NIEBLES) Can you tell I love that man! :-)

*I personally would NOT have an arm lift at the same time as all I had done. I USED my arms like crazy to pull myself up, and to get myself around. I needed those arms, and as flabby as they are, I am SURE glad I didn't get the arms done at the same time! NO WAY JOSE!

*I'm 36 years old...wait 37 I think now....I am 5ft1 on a tall day. I was a 24W pre sleeve, and I was a 4/6 pre plastics. I am now a solid 4. When I am done with compression garments, I will try on all my clothes, because right now I can't tell what's tight and what's not...(numbness) .....BUT I can tell you that when I put my size 4s on, I can fit both hands inside the waist with my torso....so I think I may be going down to a size 2 and the solid 4. No more 6s.

*I have a passport. I personally didn't want any MORE stresses or unknowns with the surgery. I wanted what I COULD control to be controlled, and taken care of. SO YES I suggest a passport.

*My husband was with me the entire time, yes, again I would not have it ANY other way, and neither would HE. He took care of me after my sleeve, and this was no different. Too many unknowns to go there alone. I know everyone is different, and some people could handle it maybe, but why have more stress and anxiety. Nope, I take him everywhere. He would not in a million years ever let me go that kind of thing alone.

*My husband did all of my aftercare. NO he is not in the medical field. He is in TV of all things! LOL. But I am not suggesting that you don't have a Dr lined up, I'm just sharing the information that someone who does not have a medical background CAN take your stitches out, and they can take your drains out, and if you really pay attention to the instructions from the Dr, your companion will feel confident about doing it. I will go see my Dr in a week or so, and have my vitamin panel run (as I do at least quarterly) but I have not seen a Dr yet. My incision is all healed. As of today, I have no open sores, no open incision line, NO nothing! I'm 5 weeks today. I can FINALLY take a bath tonight!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Any other questions, please ask, I will answer honestly!A
