Stalls !!!!!!

Hi guys well today 5/24/13 its been exactly 1 month since i have my surgery and i just have to say i lost 20 pounds during the first 2 weeks but ive been on a stall for almost 3 weeks and im going crazy uhfffffffffff. Can anyone tell me what to do to break the stall is driving me crazy thinking that im going to stay stuck in 210 :0( ....help

I am 5 months out and having been having crazy stalls for the last few months! I have lost like 4lbs in the last month but have went down from a sz 20 to a sz 18. I'm trying not to get caught up in what the scale says. It is frustrating when it doesn't move. I would love to get into onederland but I feel like at this rate its going to take me the rest of the year! Just know even when the scale isn't moving, your body is still shrinking!

I too had a 3 week stall and all I can say is I up my protien and water intake. But during the stall I lost inches. Have u tried measuring that. Stalls are a normal part of your body reacting to weight lose. Just keep at it and one day magic will happen on the scale (im guessing very soon!)

Nothing you can do, so dont worry about it. Just go with the flow.

I too have been in a 3 week stall but I am confident it won't last forever. Hope by wednesday I'll b in onederland. Keep me posted sleeve buddy.

it's part of it and your body trying to catch up. You might want to mix your proteins up a but and eat higher protein and drink more water and MOVE!

Move move move.....don't get discouraged! Stalls are a part of the process!
