anyone interested in joining a virtual walking group? Its simple. buy a pedometer, strap it on and walk. I think 10,000 is the golden rule for daily steps towards health. So, at the end of the day, record your steps on the group page (name TBA--any suggestions besides 10k Steps). Its basically like a food journal except its for movement and exercise. so if you only walked 2,000 steps but road your bike for 20 minutes--post it so we can celebrate with you.
Anyone interested? I think this will help me keep my eyes on the prize...

I would love to. Me and the DH were planning on getting new ones this week. We are planning on Hiking Mt. Rainer down bythis weekend. Will be interesting to see how much we walk/hike!
