I'll admit I'm a full-fledged geek who thinks about things like "beats per minute" (BPM) when picking music to exercise to.
The recommended BPM for
Warm-up range is 130 - 144 BPM
Power / High Intensity range is 142 to 160+ BPM
Cool Down range is 122 to 132 BPM
I'm compiling an hour long set list and curious what you all listen to while you are working out?

Warning, I am 42, some of these trax are quite old...llisten to Pandora radio (online, app store) and get all the music you want. AOL has an app also, so many out there-- even cable has radio mix stations.
